lthough we specialize in wilderness river canoe trips, the basis on which I have designed this site, we also provide service and support for other types of outdoor wilderness recreation. We offer remote wilderness cross-country ski trips in the winter that traverse Maine's famous "Baxter State Park" of 2 to 7 days duration. We also support Appalachian Trail hiking (over 280 miles in Maine) and mountain climbing on peaks in the Barren, Bigelow, Katahdin, Mahoosuc, and Traveler ranges. We offer full day sailing excursions among the islands off the rocky coast of Maine, departing from Blue Hill. Day sails are also offered on Maine's famous 40 mile long Moosehead Lake centered around Mt. Kineo with its nearly 300' high vertical cliffs. Afternoon and evening dinner cruises can be enjoyed on the Pemadumcook chain of lakes with views of Maine's highest peak, Mt. Katahdin, just outside of Millinocket.
